In this series, I will share the painful lessons I learned while running FeedbackPanda with my partner Danielle Simpson. It’s not easy to run a business with just two people. Every little problem can cause severe fears and anxieties. A stressful life will create imaginary demons that can cause emotional havoc.
For every kind of emotional challenge I have encountered, I will share what caused it, how I found a way of dealing with it, and which reframing opportunities I found to be most helpful. I will also suggest actions for immediate and long-term improvements.
Many founders will be able to relate to these issues, and I hope that my experiences can help those who struggle with similar problems. Keeping your mental health is important, particularly in the stressful life of a bootstrapped founder. Just know this: you are not alone, and there are ways to deal with these problems. Here is how I did it:

The Emotional Journey of a Bootstrapped Founder: Obsession with Perfection
The Emotional Journey of a Bootstrapped Founder: Negative Self-Talk
The Emotional Journey of a Bootstrapped Founder: Fear of Disappointing Your Customers
